For Those Who Ask The Question....
"Where was God when [fill in the blank] happened?"
This is the answer:
'MEET ME IN THE STAIRWELL'
You say you will never forget where you were when you heard the news On September
11, 2001.
Neither will I.
I was on the 110th floor in a smoke filled room with a man who called his wife to say 'Good-Bye.' I held his fingers steady as he dialed. I gave him the peace to say, 'Honey, I am not going to make it, but it is OK...I am ready to go.'
I was with his wife when he called as she fed breakfast to their children. I held her up as she tried to understand his words and as she realized he wasn't coming home that night.
I was in the stairwell of the 23rd floor when a woman cried out to Me for help. 'I have been knocking on the door of your heart for 50 years!' I said. 'Of course I will show you the way home - only believe in Me now.'
I was at the base of the building with the Priest ministering to the injured and devastated souls. I took him home to tend to his Flock in Heaven. He heard my voice and answered.
I was on all four of those planes, in every seat, with every prayer. I was with the crew as they were overtaken. I was in the very hearts of the believers there, comforting and assuring them that their faith has saved them.
I was in Texas, Virginia, California, Michigan, Afghanistan . I was standing next to you when you heard the terrible news.
Did you sense Me?
I want you to know that I saw every face. I knew every name - though not all know Me. Some met Me for the first time on the 86th floor. Some sought Me with their last breath. Some couldn't hear Me calling to them through the smoke and flames; 'Come to Me... this way... take my hand.'
Some chose, for the final time, to ignore Me.
But, I was there.
I did not place you in the Tower that day. You may not know why, but I do. However, if you were there in that explosive moment in time, would you have reached for Me?
Sept. 11, 2001, was not the end of the journey for you. But someday your journey will end. And I will be there for you as well. Seek Me now while I may be found. Then, at any moment, you know you are 'ready to go.'
I will be in the stairwell of your final moments.
Love, God
Be blessed, and don't wait for your "stairwell moment". Trust Him now.

SATAN'S MEETING--long, but worth it!
I received this in today's email, and with the holiday season upon us, I thought it quite fitting...not to judge anyone, but just to make us think...and this is long but so worth it!
(Read even if you're busy)
Satan called a worldwide convention of demons.
In his opening address he said, 'We can't keep Christians from going to church.
'We can't keep them from reading their Bibles and knowing the truth.
'We can't even keep them from forming an intimate relationship with their saviour.
'Once they gain that connection with Jesus, our power over them is broken.
'So let them go to their churches; let them have their covered dish dinners, BUT steal their
time, so they don't have time to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ..
'This is what I want you to do,' said the devil:
'Distract them from gaining hold of their Saviour and maintaining that vital connection
throughout their day!'
'How shall we do this?' his demons shouted.
'Keep them busy in the non-essentials of life and invent innumerable schemes to occupy their
minds,' he answered.
'Tempt them to spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow.
'Persuade the wives to go to work for long hours and the husbands to work 6-7 days each week,
10-12 hours a day, so they can afford their empty lifestyles.
'Keep them from spending time with their children.
'As their families fragment, soon, their homes will offer no escape from the pressures of work!
'Over-stimulate their minds so that they cannot hear that still, small voice.
'Entice them to play the radio or cassette player whenever they drive. To keep the TV, VCR,
CDs and their PCs goi ng constantly in their home and see to it that every store and restaurant in the
world plays non-biblical music constantly.
'This will jam their minds and break that union with Christ.
'Fill the coffee tables with magazines and newspapers.
'Pound their minds with the news 24 hours a day.
'Invade their driving moments with billboards.
'Flood their mailboxes with junk mail, mail order catalogs, sweepstakes, and every kind of
newsletter and promotional offering free products, services and false hopes..
'Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines and TV so their husbands will believe that
outward beauty is what's important, and they'll become dissatisfied with their wives.
'Keep the wives too tired to love their husbands at night.
'Give them headaches too!
'If they don't give their husbands the love they need, they will begin to look elsewhere.
'That will fragment their families quickly!
'Give them Santa Claus to distract them from teaching their children the real meaning of Christmas.
'Give them an Easter bunny so they won't talk about his resurrection and power over sin and death.
'Even in their recreation, let them be excessive.
'Have them return from their recreation exhausted.
'Keep them too busy to go out in nature and reflect on God's creation. Send them to amusement parks, sporting events, plays, concerts, and movies instead.
'Keep them busy, busy, busy!
'And when they meet for spiritual fellowship, involve them in gossip and small talk so that they leave with troubled consciences.
'Crowd their lives with so many good causes they have no time to seek power from Jesus.
'Soon they will be working in their own strength, sacrificing their health and family for the good of the cause.
'It will work!
'It will work!'
It was quite a plan!
The demons went eagerly to their assignments causing Christians everywhere to get busier and more
rushed, going here and there.
Having little time for their God or their families.
Having no time to tell others about the power of Jesus to change lives.
I guess the question is, has the devil been successful in his schemes?
You be the judge!!!!!
Does 'BUSY' mean: B-eing U-nder S-atan's Y-oke?
Please pass this on, if you aren't too BUSY!
Be blessed, and never be too busy to be a blessing!

Sometimes...
...I read a book last night about a mission trip gone wrong.
...I read about a toddler who's body washed up on a beach, and no one knows why, how, or who.
...I read about a veteran of our current war, hospitalized and waiting to see his family...only to receive word that his three children were killed on that trip in an auto accident, leaving only his grieving and overwhelmed wife.
...I hear more about war than I want to know.
...I hear more about recalled products than I want to know.
...I hear more about church squabbles than I want to know.
...I hear more about fires, earthquakes, diseases, and violence than I want to know.
...I hear more about political battles and immoral laws than I want to know.
....and I pray, "Lord Jesus, is it time to come home yet?"
...
